Pipedrive

Sync leads and deals from Empfio into Pipedrive automatically.

Overview

The Pipedrive integration pushes new leads and bookings from Empfio into Pipedrive as persons and deals. When the AI captures a lead, a Pipedrive person is created. When a booking is confirmed, a deal is created or moved to the appropriate stage.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → CRM in the Empfio dashboard
  2. Select Pipedrive
  3. Enter your Pipedrive API key or connect via OAuth
  4. Configure which events trigger a sync
  5. Save
