HubSpot

Automatically push leads and bookings from Empfio into HubSpot CRM.

Overview

The HubSpot integration syncs your Empfio leads and bookings into HubSpot automatically. When the AI captures a new lead, a contact is created in HubSpot. When a booking is confirmed, the deal stage is updated.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → CRM in the Empfio dashboard
  2. Select HubSpot
  3. Click Connect — you'll be redirected to HubSpot's OAuth consent screen
  4. Authorize Empfio to access your HubSpot account
  5. Configure which events trigger a sync (lead created, booking created, etc.)
  6. Save
